So, as usual it was all left to the last minute – I had a week to go till my 30th bash and no dress!!!!! The dress code, I might add, was “ball gowns and tuxes!” I walked into Malcolm and Christiaan’s Boutique in Green Point with a vision that was transformed into everything I had dreamed of in one week!!!
The vision, was low in the front but not too revealing, fitted around the mid section, very low back, slightly flared at the bottom with a bit of a train flowing at the back. For dancing, we would add a clip at the back so the train could be lifted and pilled on top of my lower back which would create a bit of a 1920’s feel.
Malcolm and Chritiaan thank you so much for making me the bell of the ball for the evening!!!! It was magnificent!!!!!!
