Our next destination in China is Guangzhou. Third largest city in China, a population of 6 million making it the most populous city in the province and the third most populous metropolitan area in China. There are traffic jams all day so the best way to get a stress free feel of the city is to walk! In the evening the streets are buzzing – shops only close around 11.00 – Fab, the vibe is amazing!!! The girls were loving me taking pics of them and holding a peace sign whilst posing for a picture is quite common!

One of the many big neon billboards – Dazzling!!!!

Beijing Road in Guangzhou – very famous for shopping – Packed with shoppers! The whole street is lined with chain stores selling fashion brands, leather products, accessories, food stalls and lots of toy shops. There is a market situated in the middle which is well known for picking up great items at great prices if you are good at bargaining…… The reason for calling the street Beijing Street is underneath the street is the original road leading to Beijing!
