So we all know that Chanel started last season by claiming the bowler hat as the season must have- you could buy one for $1200! I did not buy one, however I have been seeing them re surface on celebs, on the street and the cat walks and this time I think they are looking fab! I think it looks cute being worn day or night, grungy or preppy! I did some reading and the bowler hat was initially invented to protect gamekeepers heads against low standing branches – the inventors were a family known as the “Bowler family.”
