Despite new fashion trends arising from the winter’11 catwalks, I would not ignore the polka dot. Huge for spring 2010 in the Northern Hemisphere, I still think its key for our spring’10. A Polka dot printed costume is cute and ladylike, and a polka dot scarf to keep the chill from the Cape doctor gale at bay, is a must!
